Clear Compliance Ltd is run by Catherine Riley, an independent food safety and technical specialist and auditor based in Yorkshire.
Catherine has over 30 years of technical experience in the food industry, providing technical support to many and varied sectors including manufacturers, wholesalers and food service. Catherine started out as a Technical Manager for a blue chip food company, then became a Technologist with the Regional Food Group for Yorkshire and Humber and has now been independent for more than 10 years, providing a wide range of food safety and technical support to local businesses.
Catherine has a passion for imparting food safety and technical knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and enjoyable. Safe food is your priority and it is Catherine’s too.
